Azizulhasni Awang’s Disqualification Heartache

Kuala Lumpur, 11th August 2024 – Malaysian cyclist Azizulhasni Awang shared his heartbreak after being disqualified from the men’s keirin final at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Despite giving his best performance, he was penalized for a race infringement, dashing his hopes of winning a medal.
Azizul expressed his emotional pain and the frustration of seeing his hard work go unrewarded. He also thanked his supporters and vowed to return stronger in future competitions, as stated in the Star.
