Bun Butter Jam to Hit Pan‑Indian Screens on July 18, 2025

Tamil filmmaker Raghav Mirdath’s drama Bun Butter Jam is gearing up for a wide release across India on July 18, 2025. The film, produced in Tamil, will also be dubbed and released in Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
This movie marks the debut of Raju Jeyamohan, best known for winning Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5, in a leading role. He stars alongside Aadhiya Prasad, Bhavya Trikha, veteran actress Saranya Ponvannan, Devadarshini, and a supporting ensemble.
The narrative centers on two mothers who, after enduring failed marriages, band together with a shared vision: forging better futures for their children. Their journey brings to life both heartfelt and humorous moments, delving into generational contrasts and the complexities of contemporary family life.
Set against the backdrop of Chennai where it was largely filmed, the soundtrack is composed by Nivas K. Prasanna and highlights vocal performances by artists such as Vijay Sethupathi, Siddharth, Shilpa Rao, and Sid Sriram.
