Court Hears Allegations of Ebit Lew Pressuring Woman into Inappropriate Video Calls

5th September 2024 – In court, a woman accused preacher Ebit Lew of pressuring her into revealing herself during video calls.
The woman testified that, despite initial resistance, she eventually complied with Lew’s requests to undress. Lew is facing 11 charges related to obscene messaging between March and June 2021. The prosecution witness denied being coerced into filing the police report.
Lew’s trial continues, with charges under Section 509 of the Penal Code, which could lead to imprisonment if convicted, as stated in Malaymail.
