29 SEPTEMBER: Singaporean actor Desmond Tan achieved international recognition at the 2024 Seoul Drama Awards, earning the prestigious Outstanding Asian Star award. This accolade was given for his remarkable performances in local dramas All That Glitters and Moments.
Tan was one of six regional winners, alongside stars like Kim Hye-yoon and Byeon Woo-seok from South Korea and Win Metawin from Thailand.In his heartfelt acceptance speech, Tan expressed gratitude for representing Singapore, dedicating his win to his late dog Hoshi.
