Dhanush Announces ‘Idli Kadai’ as His Fourth Directorial Project

Dhanush has announced that his 52nd feature film will be titled ‘Idli Kadai’. The actor and filmmaker will take on directing duties for this project, which will be produced by Aakash Baskaran and Dhanush himself. Alongside ‘Idli Kadai’, Dhanush is also engaged in several other notable projects, including ‘Kubera’ and a biopic about the renowned music composer Ilaiyaraaja.
The actor made the exciting announcement on social media with a poster revealing the film’s title and the hashtags #D52 and #DD4, accompanied by the phrase ‘Om Namashivaaya’.
‘Idli Kadai’ will be produced under the banners of Aakash Baskaran’s Dawn Pictures and Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films, with music composed by G V Prakash Kumar.
In addition to ‘Idli Kadai’, Dhanush is set to star in ‘Kubera’, which will be directed by Sekhar Kammula. He will also feature in a biopic about the legendary music composer Ilaiyaraaja, which is being helmed by Arun Matheswaran.
