Exclusive: Nani Says, “When It Strikes Him..”, Referring to the Potential of “Eega 2” with SS Rajamouli

Telugu actor Nani made hints about a potential sequel to SS Rajamouli’s 2012 hit film Eega in an exclusive interview. Fans of the fantasy thriller are excitedly anticipating a sequel because of its distinctive plot and cutting-edge visual effects. While there is interest in a sequel, Rajamouli is ultimately in charge of making the final decision, according to Nani, who played the lead in Eega.
“When it strikes him, when he feels the time is right, I’m sure Rajamouli sir will create something extraordinary,” Nani said.
He added that Rajamouli, who is renowned for his exacting methods, would only take on a sequel if it matched the original’s genius. With Nani playing a guy who is reborn as a housefly to exact revenge for his murder, Eega became a huge hit all over India. Due to the movie’s enduring influence, fans are still yearning for Eega 2.
Nani acknowledged this, saying, “Even after all these years, people keep asking about Eega 2. That’s the power of a film that connects so deeply with the audience.”
Although Rajamouli is presently working on other projects, Nani’s remarks imply that a sequel is still a possibility. It will remain to be seen if the magic of Eega makes a comeback on the big screen, as Nani and Rajamouli might work together once more on another masterpiece of film.
