Fatal Collision in Negeri Sembilan: Man Dies After Car Crashes into Bus

1st September 2024 – A 30-year-old man was killed after the car he was a passenger in collided with an express bus in Jempol, Negeri Sembilan, on the night of August 31, 2024.
The incident occurred at Kilometre 24 of Jalan Bahau-Kamayani around 10:50 PM. The car, driven by a 36-year-old man, lost control, veered into the opposite lane, and crashed into a bus carrying 23 passengers.
The passenger died on the spot from severe head injuries, while the driver sustained leg and facial injuries.
The bus driver and passengers were unharmed. The accident is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987, as stated in the Star.
