Fresh Malaysian Durians in China Sell Out in Under 24 Hours

5 OCTOBER: Malaysian durians continue to captivate the Chinese market, with a recent batch of fresh durians selling out in less than 24 hours. The fruits, known for their creamy texture and distinct flavor, were offered through an e-commerce platform and garnered overwhelming demand.

According to Malaysia’s Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM), the swift sales reflect the growing appetite for premium Malaysian durians, particularly the famed Musang King variety, among Chinese consumers.
