In the Korean Open final, Tang Jie-Ee Wei dominates

KUALA LUMPUR 31 AUGUST:Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei, the mixed doubles shuttlers, made Merdeka day memorable by winning the Korean Open final.
In a highly contested final four match, Tang Jie-Ee Wei prevailed against China’s world No. 31 Cheng Xing-Zhang Chi in 50 minutes at Mokpo on Saturday, August 31, by scores of 22–20 and 21–19.
After placing second in both the Thailand Masters in January and the Swiss Open in March, the world No. 9 duo is now in their third final of the year and is determined to win the championship.
Guo Xinwa-Li Qian, another Chinese couple, will be facing Tang Jie-Ee Wei in the final.In order to secure their place in the final, the recently formed duo upset silver medalists and homesters Kim Won-ho-Jeong Na-eun 21-14, 22-24, and 21-10.
