Infant’s Body Discovered Buried in Cement at Johor House

29th August 2024 – In a harrowing incident in Johor, the body of a six-month-old infant girl was discovered buried in cement within the porch area of a house in Bandar Layangkasa, Pasir Gudang.
The discovery was made after the father, aged 23, reported the death to the authorities. He had also disclosed that the child had been buried by her mother, a 35-year-old woman, who has since been detained by the police.
The mother is under investigation, with a potential charge under Section 302 of the Penal Code, which addresses murder. The child’s death has left the local community in shock, as authorities continue to gather evidence and understand the circumstances that led to this tragic event.
