The program covers two categories of recipients:
- Family Category: Households with an income of RM3,000 or below, with dependents aged 21 years or younger (students).

- Primary Eligibility Criteria:
- For the Family Category, applicants should have a household income of RM3,000 or below and must have dependents aged 21 years or younger.
