#Lawan: Hundreds protest demanding PM’s resignation
KUALA LUMPUR, July 31: Hundreds of protesters took to the streets on Saturday, calling for the resignation of Prime Minister Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
Protesters can be seen carrying black flags and some with placards that read “Kerajaan Gagal” (failed government).
Clad in black, the protestors can be heard chanting slogans demanding the current government to step down.
Many joined the #Lawan rally to express their frustration over the government’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.
