Anirudh Ravichander, who composed the music for Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan, revealed the name of the movie’s first single on his official X account recently. “Manasilayo.” Coming soon: a Vettaiyan tune. He wrote, “Hunter Vantaar,” (sic) on his handle. The first single’s release date has not yet been disclosed.
TJ Gnanavel is the director of the action drama Vettaiyan, which also features Amitabh Bachchan making his Tamil film debut. Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Jisshu Sengupta, Ritika Singh, and Dushara Vijayan make up the film’s expanded ensemble cast. In the upcoming movie, Rohini, Abhirami, and VJ Rakshan have supporting parts.
It should be mentioned that Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan are getting back together for a movie after 33 years. Their partnership began with the release of Geraftaar (1985) and Andhaa Kaanoon (1983). Hum, their final motion picture, was released in 1991.
The technical team for Rajinikanth’s 170th film, Vettaiyan, includes editor Philomin Raj, cinematographer S R Kathir, and music composer Anirudh. After Petta, Darbar, and Jailer, this is Anirudh and Rajinikanth’s fourth joint venture.
Lyca Productions-supported Vettaiyan is presently in post-production and is slated for release in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi cinemas.
