The MLFF system is expected to be implemented in stages and completed by the end of 2024.

He claimed that the MLFF technology had been installed in every toll booth along the SUKE motorway. The open toll payment system is a government endeavour to offer consumers payment options besides paying in cash, employing Touch n Go cards, SmartTag, and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).
