M’sia has the second-highest global usage of social media

Kuala Lumpur, May 12: Social media platforms are used for a pleasure and keeping in touch with our friends and relatives, but they are also crucial resources for staying informed about the latest news, and for some people, they are also essential to their employment and a way of life.
The study examines data from Data Re portal on the average number of social media platforms used and the proportion of the population using Facebook to determine which nation uses social media the most.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE), which received the highest of any country, is the study conclusion for social media capital of the globe. With 83% of the population having Facebook account, Malaysia has an average of 7.7 social media networks. This gives us overall research score which is same Philippines, where placed in a third place.
