Muhyiddin to Announce Opposition MPs’ Allocations Soon

14th September 2024 – Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairperson Muhyiddin Yassin is set to make an important announcement regarding the memorandum of understanding (MOU) on allocations for opposition MPs.
The announcement will come after ongoing discussions between PN’s central leadership and opposition MPs are concluded. Muhyiddin stated that the allocation for opposition representatives is a significant issue, hinting at possible resolutions aimed at ensuring fairer resource distribution across party lines.
This development comes in response to growing concerns about equal treatment and resource distribution for opposition MPs compared to their government counterparts.
The opposition, led by PN, has been pushing for a more equitable allocation system that reflects their constituents’ needs, aligning with democratic principles.
