National squash player Sivasangari injured in car crash

The news of S.Sivasangari’s vehicle crash, our women’s national No. 1 squash player, truly shocked the entire country.
The world No. 19 suffered significant injuries in a vehicle accident on Sunday.
She was rescued from the car before it took fire, and was sent to the Putrajaya Hospital for treatment.
She sustained severe injuries and had to undergo immediate surgery.
Sivasangari was a passenger in a vehicle that collided underneath a truck.
The incident occurred at the same location where world number one badminton player Kento Momota was hurt in a vehicle accident in 2020, the Maju Expressway.
