PM Anwar Allocates RM50 Million for Flood Relief in Kelantan and Terengganu

2nd December – Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim announced an additional RM50 million allocation for flood relief in Kelantan and Terengganu, focusing on infrastructure repairs. During his visit to Kelantan, he observed ongoing road restoration efforts and pledged swift action to repair damaged amenities. Anwar emphasized a collaborative approach with the state government to manage the disaster.
He also distributed aid to flood victims and urged better flood prevention strategies, highlighting the need for sustainable solutions. The PM reaffirmed the federal government’s commitment to supporting affected communities, as stated in Bernama.
