‘Red flags’ found in internal audit by Penang Hindu Endowments Board; chairman reports findings to MACC

KUALA LUMPUR 30 AUGUST: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) received the findings of the Penang Hindu Endowments Board’s (HEB) internal forensic audit report Wednesday, claiming to have found multiple “red flags.”
Following his appointment in September 2023, Chairman RSN Rayer said that a reputable private audit company had been chosen to carry out the internal audit. method and issues that call for attention, particularly from the authorities.
