The victims, both 22 years old, were passengers in one of the vehicles involved. Kuala Lumpur Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zamzuri Mohd Isa confirmed that a 23-year-old man, suspected of driving under the influence, was arrested.
