14 SEPTEMBER: A 17-year-old motorcyclist, known locally as a “mat rempit,” has admitted to charges of crashing into a traffic officer, resulting in serious injuries. The incident, which occurred earlier this month, left the officer in the intensive care unit with significant memory loss.
