Three Lives Lost in Two Separate Accidents in Kelantan

KUALA KRAI, 3 September: Two tragic accidents claimed the lives of three individuals on September 3, 2024. The first incident occurred on Jalan Kampung Dewan Beta at approximately 12:30 AM. A motorcycle and a car collided, leading to the deaths of both the motorcyclist, a 24-year-old man, and his 22-year-old female pillion rider. The collision was so severe that both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
Later that morning, at around 8:00 AM, another accident took place on Jalan Kuala Krai. A Perodua Viva collided with a lorry, resulting in the death of the Perodua Viva’s driver, a 41-year-old man. He was also pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are investigating both accidents to determine the causes. The bodies of the victims have been taken to the nearest hospitals for post-mortem examinations. These accidents have once again highlighted the importance of road safety and the devastating impact of road collisions. The public is urged to exercise caution and adhere to traffic regulations to prevent further tragedies as stated in BERNAMA.
