Twins Overcome Tragedy with Grandmother’s Guidance

25 NOVEMBER: S. Yamuna and S. Yasoda, 23-year-old twins from Selangor, have turned a life of hardship into triumph by earning their Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting from UTM and receiving Dean’s Awards. Raised by their devoted grandmother after the tragic deaths of their parents and grandfather, the twins credit their academic success to her tireless support and sacrifices.
Despite financial struggles, they maintained a disciplined study routine, often rising at 4 AM, and encouraged each other throughout their journey. Their success is a testament to resilience, hard work, and the power of family love as stated in Astro Ulagam.
