Two Salesmen Killed in MPV Crash

21 NOVEMBER: Tragedy struck near Pasir Putih Merchang, Marang, as a Nissan Grand Livina MPV carrying four individuals veered off the road and hit a tree around 4:30 PM. The incident occurred on the Kuala Terengganu-Kuantan route after the vehicle reportedly skidded on a waterlogged curve.
Ahmad Farid Izwan Mohd, 24, and Muhammad Amir Ikmal Hashim, 20, died instantly due to severe head and body injuries. Two other passengers, also injured, were rushed to Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital, while the deceased were sent to Hospital Dungun’s Forensic Unit. Authorities are investigating under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 as stated in BULETIN TV3.
