The iconic duo of Vadivelu and director-actor Sundar C is reuniting! After 14 years, they’re coming together once more for a new film called Gangers.
The first look of the film ‘Gangers’ was unveiled by Khushbu, actor Sundar C’s wife and producer of the project under her Avni Cinemas banner, on Vadivelu’s birthday. Sundar C will not only direct the film but also play a role in it.
The cast of ‘Gangers’ includes Catherine Tresa, Mime Gopi, Bagavathi Perumal, Hareesh Peradi, Aruldoss, Munishkanth, and Vichu Viswanath. The film’s technical team features Sundar’s regular collaborators: cinematographer E. Krishnasamy and music director C. Sathya, with editing by Praveen Antony.
Sundar C and Vadivelu last worked together in the 2010 film Nagaram Marupakkam. Their previous collaborations include Thalai Nagaram (2006), which marked Sundar’s debut as a lead actor, and other films like Winner, Giri, London, Chinna, and Rendu.
