Bigg Boss Tamil Season 8 kicked off with much excitement, hosted by Vijay Sethupathi, who welcomed 18 participants on October 6. In a surprising turn, Sachana Namidass, known for her role as Vijay Sethupathi’s daughter in Maharaja, was eliminated within the first 24 hours. Now, the show is progressing with the first round of nominations.
Six contestants have been nominated for eviction this week: Ravindar Chandrasekaran, Ranjith, Jacqueline, Muthukamaran, Soundariya Nanjundan, and Arun. This week’s nominations stirred tensions, as housemates were called to the confession room to name two individuals they wanted out, citing personal reasons.
Voting dynamics have varied, with contestants targeting different housemates. Tharshika voted against Jacqueline and Ranjith, while Deepika nominated Jacqueline and Anshitha. Soundariya named Arun and Arnav, while Muthukumaran chose Arun and Ranjith. Others, like RJ Ananthi and Sathya, targeted Ravindar, with Sathya also nominating Muthukumaran.
According to Filmibeat, initial voting trends suggest that Soundariya is leading the polls with strong support. However, rumors indicate that Ravindar, also known as Fatman, might be at risk of elimination due to health concerns.
