Car with OKU Sticker Caught Tailgating to Avoid Paying Toll in KL, Sparking Public Outrage

By Loshinniy Nair S. Baskaran,

Kuala Lumpur, 17th August – A car displaying an OKU (Persons with Disabilities) sticker was recently spotted tailgating another vehicle to evade paying toll fees in Kuala Lumpur, sparking public outrage.

The incident, captured on video and widely shared online, shows the car closely following a vehicle at a toll booth to avoid the barrier and toll charges.

This behavior has drawn strong criticism from netizens, who argue that the OKU sticker should not be misused for personal gain, especially in such dishonest ways.

Many have pointed out that this act not only disrespects the purpose of the OKU sticker but also sets a bad example. While some people sympathize with the challenges faced by OKU individuals, they strongly believe that such actions are unjustifiable.

The incident has led to a broader discussion about the misuse of privileges intended for the disabled community. Authorities are being urged to take action against those who abuse these benefits, as it undermines the integrity of systems designed to support people with genuine needs.

The video continues to circulate, fueling ongoing debates about fairness and the responsible use of OKU benefits , as stated in World Buzz
