Chennai 96 Deepavali Bazaar Brings Cultural Festivity to IOI Mall Puchong

Puchong, 26th October 2024 – The Deepavali spirit has arrived in Puchong as the Chennai 96 Deepavali Bazaar opened its doors today at the Old Wing of IOI Mall near the carousel. Organized by Saha Radiant and running until 30th October, this event promises an enriching cultural experience for visitors as it showcases traditional attire, artisanal foods, and festive wares, all in anticipation of the Deepavali holiday.

The bazaar offers a vibrant market scene, with merchants featuring sarees, traditional Indian clothing, bottled sambals, snacks, and authentic Indian chai and coffee. Visitors can also explore stalls selling costume jewelry, cosmetics, and henna services, providing everything needed to prepare for the celebrations. According to Saha Radiant’s organizers, each vendor has been carefully selected to represent the festival’s cultural essence, creating a one-stop destination for Deepavali shopping.

Mr. Dominic, the event organizer, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved, stating, “We are thankful to our venue partner, IOI Mall Puchong, and our sponsors for their contributions, as well as to the media partners who have helped us bring this vision to life.” Co-hosts Chocolateboy and JSM Movers joined him in welcoming visitors, along with a friendly team of ushers available to guide attendees through the venue.

This year, Eatery Malaysia headlines the media coverage alongside The Hindu Press, SME Malaysia, United Malaysian Voice, Malaysia Kalai Ulagam, Seremban Foodie, Tubelight.com, Switch Music, Malaysian Artist Gempak, and Thanu Hari Designers. Turbo Gana, Nadia Chang, Africa Tamizhan, Puchong Michael, Yuwen Syaraan, Thanu Hari, and Pikachubby—prominent local influencers and brand ambassadors—will also make appearances, lending their support and encouraging fans to join in the celebrations.

Event partner MyTemujanji.com has extended an exclusive offering, granting all participating vendors a 1-year premium subscription to its booking management system, a gesture that enhances future vendor-customer connectivity beyond the bazaar.

Mr. Dominic concluded his message with an invitation to the public, “We warmly welcome everyone to experience the Deepavali spirit with us at the Chennai 96 Deepavali Bazaar. This event is a celebration of culture, community, and collaboration, and we hope it brings joy to all our visitors.”

The Chennai 96 Deepavali Bazaar is open daily until 30th October and is ready to welcome locals and visitors alike for a festive shopping experience at IOI Mall Puchong.
