‘Conversion is cancerous’

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 21: Malaysian Hindhudharma Maamandram conducted a Facebook live session on October 15 to discuss on religious conversion.
Malaysia Hindudharma Maamandram vice president, V.Rishikumar said: “We are duty bound to protect, preserve and promote our Sanathana Dharmam in Malaysia.
“Let’s preach our religion, values, culture, language, art, and heritage to our community.
“By doing so we shall instil knowledge, pride, and identity as a Hindu.
“Force, cheat and planned conversion is happening so rampant globally and Malaysia is no exception.
“Let’s unite to prevent and fight this cancerous evil,” he said.
