Don movie director ties knot

Director Cibi Chakaravarthi, widely recognized for his work on Sivakarthikeyan’s Don (2022), recently married Varshini in a low-key ceremony on Wednesday. Photos from the wedding, featuring guests like actors Sivakarthikeyan and Bala Saravanan, have been making rounds on social media.
Following the celebration, Bala Saravanan took to X to congratulate the couple, saying, “Wishing a happy married life to my dear brother, director Cibi Chakaravarthi. May your heart of gold lead you to even more remarkable successes.”
Cibi made his directorial debut with Don in 2022, which starred Sivakarthikeyan, S. J. Suryah, Samuthirakani, Priyanka Mohan, and Soori. The movie centers around an engineering student who often butts heads with his college’s disciplinarian while navigating his journey to discover his passion and prove himself to his father. The film was a box office hit and earned praise from both critics and viewers.
