Fans of Mohanlal, where are you now? There may be good news to come. According to the most recent information, the megastar may make a comeback to the Telugu cinema business after an eight-year absence. Furthermore, it is rumored that the Malayalam actor was approached by the film’s producers to be a part of Salaar: Shouryanga Parvam’s star ensemble. Salaar: Shouryanga Parvam is a follow-up to the highly successful Salaar: Part 1- Cease Fire.
But according to a new development about Salaar 2, Anirudh Ravichander, the film’s music director, is set to take Ravi Basrur’s place as composer. Since Ravi Basrur received high praise for his performance in Salaar: Part 1—Cease Fire, we’re curious how fans will respond to this. Additionally, the source stated that Salaar 2 is presently in the pre-production phase.
In addition to Mohanlal, Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran will return to their respective roles as Shiva Mannar and Deva, respectively. According to reports, Shruti Haasan will also make a cameo in the follow-up, playing Aadhya from the original movie. It will be interesting to observe how people respond if Mohanlal does end up joining Salaar 2’s ensemble of celebrities.
