Jayam Ravi Addresses Rumours Following Divorce

After 14 years of marriage, actor Jayam Ravi has officially announced his separation from wife Aarti. The pair, who got married in 2009, has two sons together.
Aarti had previously stated that she was unaware of the separation news when it was made, but Jayam Ravi has now addressed the matter and dispelled some of the associated rumours.
With reference to the sequence of events, Ravi clarified, saying, “Aarti’s father acknowledged a legal notification I submitted through my lawyer. Our parents got together at our house to talk about the issue. Thus, it’s unexpected that they claim I wasn’t reachable.
We celebrated Aarav’s birthday together while I was in Chennai in June, and I have photos to show for it. Aarav and I have had an open discussion about the circumstances, but Ayaan is still too little to comprehend. Aarav naturally wants us to stick together.
“After declaring his divorce, the actor addressed rumours that he was seeing a singer. “It’s wrong to include someone else in this,” he remarked. I was going to open a spiritual center with her, so that’s how I met her.
I just laugh at folks who want to ruin the reputation that years of hard work and thoughtful film selection have earned me. Even if this is a challenging time for me, it’s not the end.”
