Kuala Lumpur, Aug 9: Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, is considering a new type of school for students from hardcore poor families, focusing on science-based secondary and fully residential schools. The idea was discussed during the “Temu Anwar” session, where he emphasized the importance of education for social mobility and democratizing access to education.

Anwar believes that education is vital for a country’s development and that it should be a priority for all students, regardless of their location. He emphasized the need for cooperation and commitment from students, teachers, and students to excel in their studies. He emphasised the need for a separation between urban and rural schools as well as the significance of education in promoting the poor’s “migration” and enhancing their social mobility.

The Madani Budget has set aside the most money for education because Anwar thinks that a nation can grow if its citizens achieve academic success.
