Suriya to Collaborate with RJ Balaji for His Next, AR Rahman to Compose Music

Suriya has officially announced his next project, teaming up with actor-director RJ Balaji for a film tentatively titled Suriya45. After completing his work on Karthik Subbaraj’supcoming film, Suriya is set to begin this action-adventure project, produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, known for hits like Joker, Kaithi, and Aruvi. The film is expected to be the most expensive production in the studio’s history.
Renowned composer AR Rahman will be scoring the music for Suriya 45, marking another collaboration with the actor after successful projects like Sillunu Oru Kaadhal and 24.
RJ Balaji, who last directed Veetla Vishesham in 2022, has been working on the script for over a year and is currently finalizing shooting locations. The makers plan to bring together an ensemble cast, with details expected to be announced soon.
Filming for Suriya 45 is scheduled to begin in November 2024, with a potential release slated for late 2025. Fans are eagerly awaiting more updates on this exciting collaboration.
