Unveiled: the producer of Sivakarthikeyan and Sudha Kongara’s upcoming film!

In Kollywood, there is exciting news that renowned filmmaker Sudha Kongara and star Sivakarthikeyan will be working together on a high-budget project. With Sivakarthikeyan taking the helm, the project which was first dubbed “Suriya 43”,has now taken a different turn. The movie, named Purananooru, was supposed to star Suriya, but Sivakarthikeyan will now direct the picture under Sudha Kongara’s guidance.
The film is expected to cost more than Rs 100 crores, according to sources, with Red Giant Pictures handling the production. The original ‘Suriya 43’ team’s technical team, which included stunt coordinator Supreme Sundar and music composer GV Prakash, will continue to work on the film. The story is given a historical and socio political depth by the film’s setting, which is the 1960s anti-Hindi imposition struggle.
