In December 2023, it was announced that Vijay Sethupathi teamed up with director Mysskin for a film called Train. The team also unveiled the film’s title and the first-look poster.
Recent photos of actor Vijay Sethupathi from his upcoming movie Train have just been shared on social media.
The viral photos feature Vijay Sethupathi with a thick beard and a serious look, leaving fans intrigued about his role in the film. The pictures also include some behind-the-scenes shots of the film’s director, Mysskin, and actor Shruti Haasan.
The film is described as a travel movie and is being produced under Kalaipuli S Thanu’s V Creations banner. Mysskin is also set to compose the film’s music. The cast features Nassar, Jayaram, Vinay Rai, Kaniha, Bhavana, Sampath, Babloo Prithviraj, KS Ravikumar, Yugi Sethu, Ira Dayanand, Ganesh Venkataraman, Diya Seetipalli, Ajay Rathnam, and others.
“Train” marks Vijay Sethupathi’s second collaboration with director Mysskin, following their work together on the horror thriller “Pisasu 2.” Although “Pisasu 2” has been completed and certified by the CBFC, its release has been delayed due to financial issues.
Mysskin was last seen in Vijay’s film “Leo,” directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and his most recent directorial effort was the 2020 psycho-thriller “Psycho.” Vijay Sethupathi, who was recently seen in “Maharaja,” has several upcoming projects, including “Viduthalai Part 2” and a film with Nithya Menen.
