6th NOVEMBER: In a significant step toward expanding higher education accessibility, over 29,000 graduates from Malaysia’s Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) have secured spots in public universities through the recent intake. This enrollment cycle demonstrates the government’s commitment to fostering educational growth and accommodating the increasing demand from qualified students across the nation. In collaboration with higher education institutions, Malaysian authorities have ensured a broad range of study fields are available, aligned with market demands and national development goals.
The Education Ministry has streamlined the application and selection processes, aiming for transparent and fair admission for STPM graduates. Emphasizing support for students from various socio-economic backgrounds, the initiative provides greater opportunities for Malaysians to pursue degrees that will drive skilled workforce development as stated in FMT.
