KUALA LUMPUR — The Ministry of Defence secured big global support for two upcoming shows. Top international firms confirmed early space for LIMA 2027 and DSA 2028.
First, major defense companies joined after meetings at an airshow in the United Kingdom. Key names include Korea Aerospace Industries, Pilatus Aircraft, and Team Defence Australia.
In addition, local partner NAICO Malaysia joined as a key helper for both events. Because of these early sign-ups, officials say global trust in Malaysia remains very strong.
Meanwhile, leaders are working fast to build early momentum. LIMA 2027 will happen in Langkawi in April 2027. Next, the DSA show will take place in Kuala Lumpur in April 2028.
Ultimately, these deals strengthen Malaysia as a main defense center in Asia. Officials expect the shows to bring strong tech gains to the country.
