Kuala Lumpur— Yayasan Usaha Ventures Malaysia has confirmed that it has completed a structured governance transition, resulting in the appointment of a new leadership team and a refreshed organisational direction.
The foundation stated that the transition was undertaken to strengthen governance standards and ensure a clean leadership reset. All responsibilities now rest with the current committee, which is fully compliant with regulatory requirements under the Registrar of Societies Malaysia.
With governance structures firmly in place, the foundation is now focused on delivering programs that support entrepreneurship, skills development, and community upliftment.
