Kuala Lumpur, Feb 4 2026 — The newly appointed board of Yayasan Usaha Ventures Malaysia has unveiled a renewed vision centered on ethical leadership, entrepreneurship support, and community development.
Following a formal transition of governance, the foundation is now operating under a new committee recognised by the Registrar of Societies (RoS) Malaysia. The current leadership has confirmed that there is no overlap with previous administrations, allowing the organisation to move forward with a clear and independent mandate.
