Kuala Lumpur — Yayasan Usaha Ventures Malaysia has announced the appointment of a new committee following a complete governance transition, formally recorded with the Registrar of Societies (RoS) Malaysia.
The transition marks a clear leadership reset, with the previous office bearers having stepped down voluntarily to enable the foundation to move forward under new management. The newly appointed board now assumes full responsibility for the foundation’s governance, strategic direction, and operations.
According to the foundation, the leadership change reflects a commitment to transparency, accountability, and institutional renewal, ensuring that Yayasan Usaha Ventures Malaysia operates in line with regulatory requirements and good governance standards.
The new committee has outlined a renewed focus on entrepreneurship development, community empowerment, and inclusive socio-economic initiatives, with programs expected to be rolled out progressively.
Yayasan Usaha Ventures Malaysia stated that the governance reset positions the foundation for sustainable growth and meaningful impact, while reinforcing public confidence in its mission and leadership.
